Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Overview
RADAR ("we", "us") operates a market-event intelligence platform that monitors publicly available cryptocurrency market data, records detected events, measures outcomes and presents results to registered users. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is handled.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address and optional name provided at registration; a securely hashed password (plaintext passwords are never stored).
- Preferences you create: watchlist symbols, alert rules and their delivery channels.
- Session data: an opaque session cookie required to keep you signed in.
- Operational metadata: timestamps of signups, logins and API key usage counts for abuse prevention and billing reconciliation.
- Contact messages: anything you voluntarily send through support or contact forms.
We do not collect payment card details. Subscription payments are processed by third-party cryptocurrency payment processors; we store only the resulting subscription state.
3. Market data is public
All price and volume information RADAR analyzes originates from publicly available exchange APIs. Signals, events and outcome measurements derived from that data are operational records of the service, not personal data.
4. How your data is used
- To operate your account: authentication, plan entitlements, trial management.
- To deliver alerts you configured (Telegram, Discord, email, webhooks or in-app).
- To send transactional emails such as address verification.
- To prevent abuse: rate limiting, duplicate-signup detection and captcha validation.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
5. Third-party services
- Binance — source of the public market data queried server-side.
- NOWPayments — subscription payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment details).
- SMTP provider — delivery of transactional email such as verification links.
- Telegram / Discord — message delivery for channels you explicitly configure.
6. Retention
Account records persist while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via the contact form; we will remove account data and associated preferences within 30 days, retaining only what is legally required (for example billing reconciliation records).
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use opaque random tokens stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password.
8. Your choices
- Change alert channels or delete rules at any time from the dashboard.
- Clear browser notification permission in your browser settings.
- Request export or deletion of your account data via the contact form.
9. Contact
Privacy questions or requests: use the contact form on the home page or the support section of the dashboard.
